Description
Our Yoga Club develops focus, flexibility, strength, and coordination through a variety of yoga poses, stories and games. We move, we play, we sometimes dance and we always have fun. These classes enhance energy while also teaching children to feel calm and centered. Learn basic yoga movements in a fun, relaxed setting, doing your personal best in a non-competitive environment. Mats are provided each week, no need for your student to bring their own. Snacks are provided each week. Students should wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. Led by former Woodlin parent and RYT 200 certified yoga instructor, Krista Mason.
Classes meet for 8 Thursdays beginning January 10 and ending March 7 from 3:35-4:35pm. There will be no club on February 14.
